Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to shop with confidence at AKI. As our products are hosiery items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened, tried on, or worn, due to hygiene reasons.
Returns Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused

In original condition

Returned with all original packaging intact
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you believe you have received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@akiwear.com.au, including your order number and photos of the item.
After assessment, we will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra charge where applicable.
Requesting a Return
To start a return request, please email info@akiwear.com.au with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
