Shipping Policy

We’re committed to making your AKI experience seamless from checkout to delivery. All orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post, with tracking provided once your parcel has been dispatched. 

Shipping Rates Within Australia

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 for orders under $99

  • Free Standard Shipping: On all Australian orders over $99

  • Express Shipping: $17 flat rate 

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its delivery. 

If you have not received your shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact us at info@akiwear.com.au. 

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Metro areas: 2–5 business days

  • Regional areas: 5–8 business days 

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

All shipped orders include tracking. Your tracking number will be sent by email once your parcel has been dispatched, and you can track it through Australia Post.
