Afterpay lets you buy now and pay later in 4 interest-free instalments over 6 weeks. It is available on orders from $35 to $2,000.

Each product page includes a “Size Guide” link next to the size selector with measurements for height, hip, thigh, and weight. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the most comfortable fit.

Denier refers to the thickness of the fibres used in hosiery. Lower denier styles are sheerer and lighter, while higher denier styles offer more opacity and coverage. Our 15D tights create an ultra-sheer, bare-leg look, while our 80D tights provide fuller coverage and warmth.

We recommend hand washing your hosiery in cool water with a gentle detergent, then laying it flat to dry. Avoid wringing, tumble drying, or exposing it to direct sunlight. If machine washing is needed, place your hosiery in a mesh laundry bag and use a delicate cycle.

To help protect your hosiery, make sure your nails are smooth before wearing. Roll the hosiery gently from the toe and ease it up the legs carefully. We also recommend removing rings, bracelets, or anything that may catch on the fabric.

Standard Shipping for orders under $99 is a flat rate of $9.95.

Free Standard Shipping is available on Australian orders over $99.

Express Shipping is available for a flat rate of $17.

All orders are shipped from Sydney via Australia Post.

Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you can use the tracking number provided in your shipping email to track your parcel through Australia Post.

Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To be accepted, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on hosiery that has been opened, worn, or tried on.

To request a return, please email info@akiwear.com.au with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps.

Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept exchanges for hosiery that has been opened, worn, or tried on. If your item is eligible and still in its original unopened condition, please contact us at info@akiwear.com.au and our team will assist you.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@akiwear.com.au with your order number and photos of the item. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement free of charge.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
